How do I report workers' compensation or social assistance payments?

To report workers' compensation or social assistance payments, please provide the relevant documentation, including payment details, amounts, and the periods during which payments were received. You may submit this information via the client SharePoint. 

Please note the following: 

• Ensure all amounts are entered accurately from your T5007 slip
• Keep your T5007 slip for your records

• These benefits may affect other credits and deductions on your return
