How do I track the status of my tax return?

You can track the status of your tax return through the CRA’s online service, My Account. Once your return is processed, you can see if it's been received, if any action is needed, and when your refund is issued. You can also check for updates, such as notices of assessment, and find out if there are any issues with your return. If you don’t have access to My Account, you can call the CRA directly for updates on your return's status.
